Main focus at this tech agency was on Project Management and Strategy Building in an agile environment by means of organic and paid media. Responsibilities/tasks included, but were not limited to, the following:
• Partnering with other marketeers to support the planning and communication on (ad-hoc) projects.
• The Project Management of marketing campaigns.
• Delegating projects to the entire marketing team based on skills and strengths and provide them feedback during the entire process.
• Continuously developing process improvements and increase efficiency and productivity.
• Developing detailed project plans and develop timelines to track progress.
• Measuring project performance using various tools.
• Performing risk management.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Producing and implementing the marketing strategy.
• Being end responsible for all projects.
• Using and developing leadership skills by being responsible for the marketing department.
The focus within Marketing was on non-paid content and organic growth to get to know the brand voice and guidelines and managing a content calendar as well as on advanced social media management through ad buying, advertising, ad analyses, campaign management, and designing video formats.
